I also noticed Obama's suit--a spiffy muted stripe. For some reason it was significant that a seemingly important investigation was taking place in lowly surroundings. Either it was a sign that the investigators were being oppressed by being given substandard resources, the investigation wasn't that important, or the investigators didn't care about such things.
I was just pleased that I was able to chat with the President so casually without the Secret Service pummeling me and that Michelle felt entitled to drag me around the White House.
Could someone shoot me, please? Or kidnap me? Kidnapping might be better. I'm just so very tired and the 15-16 hour days aren't letting up anytime soon.
I'll be visiting with the uber Mormon wing of the family in about a week. Young married couple, his family is very religious.
As for me, other than pregnancy and that one period when I had a series of IBS flare-ups, I'm all about the coffee. At least in the mornings.

I keep waiting for the surgeon's office to work out the scheduling for my foot. She said this afternoon and I know it is only mid-afternoon...but I want to know now.

I'm growing my hair out a bit, too (from a pixie to a bob), and I went in last night for a trim and some shaping. It looks fairly cute today, I think. I have another month or so before it hits true bob-dom.
OMG, I am starving, and am now angry after learning that there was a vending machine in my office until 6 months ago and now it is gone! Ah well. I can hold out until dinner, I guess.
