The company bought everyone lunch in honor of my birthday (not really, but they did buy lunch, so I am pretending that is the reason).
ION, I need to leave the office. I have not left for lunch or errands yet this week. I need cupcakes and not these people and no phone ringing.
Secretly, we know it was the reason, msbelle. And I say YES to cupcakes!
Happy Birthday, msbelle!
Always say "yes" to cupcakes.
And have you guys heard of artsnacks?.
Want.
Congratulations to Emmett! It's amazing that a 9-year-old can go to college.
I am standing arms akimbo right now, AIFG! Well, not right now, I'm typing, but you know.
Happy cupcakes day, msbelle!
Math, ha. In high school we got up to Geometry. Learned nothing of higher math. Studied the heck outta the Bible, though.
I saw the doctor last week ... he said that in order to get the daily recommended amount of Vitamin D you'd have to stand outside naked for about 15 minutes.
How much D is that, exactly? I'm certainly not getting enough. I need to supplement, because I'm not standing outside for 15 minutes even partially unclothed.
Happy birthday, msbelle!

Ha, no. I've been on a vitamin D supplement for years, because I live in Seattle AND I avoid the sun.
My math courses were Algebra, Geometry, Precalc, AP Calc
That's what I took too. (Geometry was a repeat from 8th grade because I changed school systems, but there weren't any other options for 10th grade math.)
Way to go, Emmett!
In other news, you know how Chris Christie adores Bruce Springsteen, right? He's a big old fanboy and goes to every concert he can, even though Bruce refuses to meet with him (because of politics of course). And now there's that whole thing about the GW Bridge and Christie's office being accused of staging a traffic jam to punish the people of Fort Lee, NJ for... something.
Anyway, now we have this:

That's gotta burn, man.
Also, Bruce looks way more fit than Jimmy Fallon does. Also also, it takes a lot of guts to get up there and play guitar next to Springsteen. Sheesh.
Yeah, but this is still the best Bruce Springsteen/Jimmy Fallon duet ever. When he gets to the "wiggle wiggle" part I DIE. [link]
My doctor put me on Vitamin D a few years ago.
