Ugh, this day. It's snowing again (okay, flurrying, but it's cold and grey and flurries are still snow, which is BULLSHIT weather), it's the 15th of the month and I still don't have my AMA check for December, which my bank account really needs (otherwise known as the Freelancer's Lament: where the fuck is my check, client?), my sinuses hurt because the weather is changing, and I didn't sleep much last night.
Instead of hating everything and burning the world down, I'm trying to think of things that are good about today. New episode of Arrow tonight. I'm going to roast Brussels sprouts for dinner. I have coffee. I like working on the couch in yoga pants and slippers, with a cat on my lap.
