I certainly hope sugar is more unhealthy than salt and fat. It would make me feel pretty good about my choice to live primarily on cheese.

I am sitting in the Tucson airport after a 2 day trip to see my parents. My mother helped me figure out how many Christmas mornings I am willing to spend being treated like the lesser daughter, so that's something I guess, and it was nice to see the nieces

We are at midway and our flight is now about minutes late. Fortunately, we got here about 3 hours early. Haha. Well, we have plenty to read and internet and it beats BEING in a rush.
