I made a cake for my coworker who is a retiring tomorrow. First, the whisk broke as I was mixing it. Then,it stuck to the pan. While I was picking the stuck bits out of the pan, I found a little plastic bit of the handle of the whisk. I had thought I got all the pieces. Now I am worried there are more, and I shouldn't bring in the cake at all. (I also have a pie.)

There is even thunder going on which is weird!
I don't even have to check weather to know that when I share weather systems with LAistas, it's going to be raining most of the night.
Gracie is a badass, no lie.
Gracie sounds fantastic. The bird thing more because I wasn't there. Yikes.
The bird thing made me laugh so hard!
I just lost the LDB game courtesy of the Vince Guaraldi Peanuts Xmas album. At least it was as classed-up a version as you could imagine.
Gracie sounds like an awesome cat.
I gotta swim today since I skipped yesterday. But, it's COLD outside.
Gracie sounds like an awesome cat. Thank you for sharing those stories, Brenda.
No mice yet, but Finnbarr Fancypants has proven himself to be a mighty hunter of bugs. The boy's got proportionally long hind legs (ISTG he looks like a kangaroo at times) and I've seen him launch himself straight up nearly to the ceiling in pursuit of a jillifont.
He doesn't play with them, though. He just eats them.

The bullshit concensus on FB is that that version doesn't count because the song is titled "My Little Drum." You may avail yourself of that ruling if you like.
I lost the LDB game because I had the song on my own iPhone! It's a really groovy version by the Hoodoo Gurus: [link] [WARNING: LDB!] probably sent to me by Hec, but I still lose.
