Update on my Grandma. The overnight healthcare worker said she did not think we had more than a week. My mother and aunt have a meeting with hospice tomorrow (they cannot come to evaluate on a day that home healthcare is there, some medicare rule). They are pre-making arrangements at a funeral home today also. so much ugh.

I'm so sorry, msbelle. That can't be easy on any of you.
Sometimes people last with hospice for much much time longer than is estimated -- knowing that they'll be taken care of when they go relieves the stress, and lets them enjoy their last days more.

That space, right down there;
sometimes it's covered in hair;
But I couldn't come up with a last line.
I'm sorry, msbelle.
