I admit that I did make a grilled cheese tonight with 7 grain bread, fresh mozzarella, basil pesto, and tomatoes. Vegetarian! Didn't even use butter! It was delicious.

I can actually Avoid the Cheese by not having it in the house except in small hoarding-nibble quantities. Partly because if I ate all the cheese I wanted? I'd achieve an aversion therapy solution and I really don't want to do that, it would make me sad! (I accomplished that with ice cream. A decade on, I still can't think of it without thinking of the discomfort it causes.) I do really like my vegs but place no judgement in them, so that makes it easier for me. I admit, I fantasize about spinach sometimes. Only the good stuff, though.
I had breakfast for dinner; scrambled eggs and bacon. I have been having chevre cravings though, for three days. If it last three days, it's a deficiency, and I should have some, right?
FOR HEALTH?!

The correct answer for goat cheese is not yes. It is: how much?
I just made popcorn and topped it with rose sugar and vanilla salt. It's even better than I expected.
For dinner, I had the unsatisfyingly unfulfilling kale salad with chicken and mushrooms. Then I had a piece of toast with bacon salt. I had two slices of cheese. And that was about it.
Lunch? A protein bar.
Breakfast? Water.
I am watching the big block of cheese episode of WW.
Mm, that sounds great! (ETA: Jilli's popcorn, I mean)
I'm going for a frozen pasta dinner. With cheese.
I think you are being pursued by cheese, Kat.
Odd how a disorienting wakeup confuses everything. Clearly, I am tired. Clearly, I cannot get back to bed.
Kat, are you on a crazy diet again, or just a very bad day?
