Stuffing made! I've never done stuffing with sausage in it before, it's pretty tasty. I still think I would not include sausage if the stuffing was actually going in a bird, though.

And now there's cranberry sauce all over the freezer. Awesome.
I've been chatting with a guy from OKCupid for a few weeks and we are going to meet up for a movie next week. From the pictures he has posted, I haven't had a spark of attraction, but have enjoyed talking with him. Not really sure how to handle this.
I thought I had, but I'd never seen the "Love It Or List It Too" with different hosts?
Vancouver. And they are looking for participants if you know anyone.
Meara, I have saved that LIOLI of your friends, but then totally forgot about it. Did you ever see it?
I have eaten a lot of cheese today. A lot. I expect very strange dreams.
The apparently uncooked bacon my microwave produces is delicious and crispy.
I have learned that white velvet becomes a horror show when slept on by cats with grubby little feet (I use a 3-yard length of it as a slipcover for my studio couch). Fortunately I thought to throw down a sweatshirt after washing it today, so they're curled up together on that.
I don't Cook so much as I Heat, so microwaves are fine by me.
My tip o' the day: never use plastic containers to heat anything in the microwave, since there are all sorts of bad molecules that can get released into your food. I'm lazy-efficient, so taking the extra step to remove something from the Tupperware into a perfectly clean plate or dish is a step that pains me a little. Also, don't cover your dish with plastic wrap -- use wax paper or a paper towel instead.

I've given it some thought, and I'm going to err on the side of caution -- I know Europe is a lot stricter about plastic/food interaction, so I'm going to trust my IKEA 'tupperware'. The FDA isn't what it used to be, especially in being able to check enough plastic imported from China to be sure what the hell is in it.
Bottom line for me: I don't trust anything from China that goes in/near enough your body, including toothpaste and plastics that hold your food.
I'm so cavalier about that. But I am pretty cavalier about food safety in general. Good thing I rarely feed anyone but myself.
Are they indoor only kitties now, Matt?
Cranberry sauce #2 still not set up. I should not have signed up for this dish for tomorrow's potluck.
Aaaaand no internet at home except on my phone. Great. Maybe it will magically fix itself while I'm at work.
