I cancelled class in favor of office hours today. On the one hand, I'm a flake. On the other? Time for grading.

I'm feeling competent today. In fact, I'm feeling like the only competent person on my team today.

I am also contemplating taking a day trip this weekend, just for the hell of it. Haven't done that in ages. Since I have Fridays off for the rest of the year, might as well do something fun, instead of just cleaning or something.
