I fell down an awful rabbit hole.
I'm . . . why did I . . .
I'm so glad that I don't listen to current music at this moment.
Investigated the parodies of Blurred Lines. The puppies parody was still disturbing because of beastiality overtones. Watched a couple of more parodies, read some articles going from accounts of rape victims to "it's totally innocent!", made myself watch part of the original unrated version, and then got to Miley Cyrus. That, I think, was the worst of it. Even the announcer was disturbing.
I also got really sad when I saw that Jimmy Fallon sang the song with them in the same way he sang the Sesame Street song with-- I think it was The Roots. I felt sullied.
Thing I have learned today: if you add an ounce of coffee concentrate to 2 oz of whipping cream, you can still whip the cream.
Yum that sounds delicious.

Last week I discovered coffee flavoured chocolate chips at the store, so I decided to get some. They were kind of chemically tasting themselves, but the cookie dough combined with coffee kind of tasted like a Coffee Crisp bar. Yum.
Mmmm. All of that sounds good.
I guess I'm going to have to bake tomorrow.
But you guys, seriously, when am I going to start packing my apartment?? Tuesday at best. I guess it will be fine.
Ooh, I will have to look for the coffee chocolate chips. That sounds right up my alley.
You'll get packed when you get packed, Jesse, it will be fine.
Yeah, I mean, I could do it all in a weekend, I figure. I won't, but I could.
At Philcon, and this congestion is still kicking my ass. Time for hot tea...
Great to see you! Hope you feel better soon.
To be clear, since I don't think my last post was, I ALSO added some brewed (and simmered to reduce liquids) coffee to the cookie dough itself, along with the coffee flavoured chips. The cookie dough was so good.
