Voices change to an extent, but mostly through your teens and twenties. The more you use it, and the more you challenge your range, the more of a range you will have.
(Also, thanks a lot, Jesse. WOOOOORTHY is the LAAAAAMB that was SLAAAAAIIIIN!)
The plumber that was supposed to show up today just called to cancel. I put on pants and everything.
That's what I meant by not every note, but of course there are older first sopranos, as Ouise says! I've probably lost one whole step over the past 20 years, and I smoke!

I can join in the bassline from time to time.
java, are you close enough that you could do a separate lunch or dinner with gift exchange with the ones you'd like to gift? That's what I generally end up doing with my girlfriends with huge families that I'm not especially close to. We get together and hang out for a while, exchange gifts (and because I like doing presents, sometimes gifts for their hubbies, if I consider them friends [or have a theme I like to hit] and for their kids). Sometimes we end up not "doing Christmas" until well into January, but it's nice to find the time to be together along with fun gifting.
ita, for your sister. [link]
I think it's just a question of practicing in your upper range.
What do you singer folks do to practice? I miss having a really good voice. Just sing along with stuff every day? Scales?
I'm quiet because I'm shortly going into my sixth meeting of the day and I'm dying of the tired.
Well, that's a better earworm than what was stuck in my head.
I prefer this version: [link]

The main thing is to just go ahead and sing - nothing improves your voice more than singing. Pick something you enjoy doing so it isn't a chore.
Something that can really help is to pick a recording where you like the singer's sound, and work on imitating it. It can be easier to match a good sound than to try to figure it out on your own.
(Why do I only ever post when I feel like I can answer someone's question?)
