My nephews are well beyond the 13 age, but I might get that for them anyhow, as long as I get to play with it first.
I really don't like that kitchen with the distressed wood, and a bunch of the layout of that house would annoy me -- useless balconies, overhangs and so on.

Actually, there was a burrito place by my old house (and also multiple music schools) that had a regular open mike shoved between the tables and the door.
