Early: Where'd she go? Simon: I can't keep track of her when she's not incorporeally possessing a space ship. Don't look at me.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I am not enjoying football so much today.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

It's not improving my mood like I hoped.

At least Atlanta is losing. (Sorry, Ginger.)

Really, a Falcons win would be better, since Carolina is right behind us, but I'm pretty much incapable of rooting for the Falcons.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

No kidding. This game is rough.

Although, at least, you appear to have taken out half the Jets' squad.

I'm trying to comfort myself with roast pumpkin seeds, but they are kind of burnt.

Yeah, but the Saints are taking too many hits too. We can't have Colston, Sproles, and Graham all hurt at the same time.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I have a 9:15 pt session tomorrow, but I forgot boss lady isn't in. So either I show up extra early to set the intern on her tasks, then drive back, or reschedule (the point had been to just simply go into work late, instead of having to leave in the middle of the day, but I'd forgotten about the boss lady working Saturday and being out Monday), or still go in late and text intern marching orders.

The last is the easiest on me, but also seems . . . un-put-together. Which I have to admit is true of me at the best of times.

Because books.

She has empty toilet paper rolls on her hands and is pretending to be a robot. My kids are odd.

I was going to say, as a mother of three, that sounds completely normal to me.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

At least Atlanta is losing. (Sorry, Ginger.)

There is only one true sport, and that is baseball. What happens to the Falcons has no effect on me, except in that I know some people who care. Since I also have friends who are made happy by a Falcons' loss, it's a wash.
