Do I bring my leftover candy into the office or do I put it in my freezer? It's all chocolate if that makes a difference.

Good luck, Sue! I want this for you. You deserve adventures in foreign lands.
My mind says office, but my heart says freezer. Actually, my heart says belleh.
Hey, wasn't this Hil's cousin? It's still going around! [link]
We had a lot of leftover candy -- we always buy too much, and light rain kept the numbers down a bit this year. (We seemed especially low on teenagers without costume.) Hubs cleaned out one of the veggie bins in the refrigerator for it. I think he has dreams of saving the leftovers for next year.
In other news, it's 9:15 in DC and still almost dark.
I've divided it in two: half to the office, half in the freezer.
ETA: time change is this weekend, right? I'm not entirely minding going to work in the dark, but several more months of it is going to get tiresome.
Yep, fall back! I can't wait.
Good luck, Sue!
I suck at flash photography. I would rather use natural light and push my camera way past its limits than try to figure out the proper way to light a scene.
This time of year, natural light isn't actually available at the time I want to take most of my pictures. And especially not when the time changes. I hate that.
But I have four lamps. I don't have to choose between natural light and flash, although those lights are hot as fuck and smell.
You need a very fast shutter/very sensitive light-catcher-thing, though, or subjects that stay very very still.
Fast lens kinda implies prime, and that takes a lot of choices away, or a lot of money. Also, it's hard to convince babies to stay still, but a little off camera flash can be not too traumatic for them.
Thanks you guys!
I survived! They asked seven fairly complex questions and I had two hours to answer. I swear I could have taken two hours to answer any one of them, so it felt like I just scratched the surface, but I managed to answer all of them. I only had about 5 minutes to read it all over, so I hope there aren't any embarrassing typos.
The HR guy said I would know the results in a few weeks. t /breath out
Sounds intense, Sue! Good luck!!!
We had a ton of bat people last night. Also, princesses. And a bunch of well-done creepy little zombies! Loads of kids between 530 & 730 & fun times drinking beer with the neighbors.
