Now I want to sing karaoke. I was okay with the no-ka before. humph!
I'm dressed as Snow White at work today. Yay?
Definitely yay, also yay on passing the boards (or whatever they call it), Kat!
I am going to the kids' school today for the Parade of Masks, so I'm dressed up as a witch. It's my go-to "what costume?" costume. One of these days I'll get me a proper McGonagall costume and I'll be set for life.
I got up early and walked the dogs with my sister (both of us are having problems with our feet, so we haven't run in a while), and I just put two dozen pumpkin muffins in the oven. I adjusted the recipe: cut back on the sugar, and used a bunch of five-spice instead of some of the cinnamon. I'm hoping they're less desserty that way.
I never quite got my shit together for a Danaerys costume this year - by the time I started taking it seriously, all the good blonde wigs were sold out or in the $40+ range. So no costume for me.
I'm going to go as a homicidal maniac. They look like everyone else.
That's hilarious, Amy. You should have an associate who goes around after you answering reporters' questions with "she always was such a quiet neighbor."
(I have to give credit to Wednesday Addams for that one, though.)
The Toronto Police have recovered the video of Rob Ford smoking crack.
Hah. Go Toronto. I'm sure Marion Barry can work with you...
I bet Ford's scared this Halloween.
Skipping oh-yeah-yet-again because, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is another one of these lovely double Buffista events: it's both Daniel C. Jensen's birthday as well as Jilli VoiceOfReason's anniversary.
Happy birthday, Danie!
Happy anniversary, VoiceOfReasons!
With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!
Oh, and of course, a great Halloween to all those who have one!
