I guess I just don't understand prescribing OTC meds.
For people with good prescription plans, it is much cheaper to get a prescription than pay the OTC price.
'Safe'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

x-post!
OK, it's Monday, and I had to work yesterday, and still tired from the 70 hour week last week. So, keep that in mind as I share with you the campus paper headline that just makes you go, "huh?" with a little of a 12 y.o. snicker...
'Eaters rip past Trojans!
(OK, so I added the exclamation point)
Apparently our university (whose mascot is the Anteater), played University Southern California in baseball, and won. See, context makes things less funny sometimes.
OK, just got email from university Chancellor, saying in July, we will get a 3% raise. Half of me is like "woot! a raise!", and the other half is cynical, thinking "I hope they don't raise the parking and health insurance rates to eat it all up like every other year". Two years ago, our 1.46% raise resulted in a -0.12% "raise".
oh no. I killed the thread. SORRY!!!
I had a raise like that, o_a. The two paychecks between raise and reduction were pleasant.
Two entirely separate FB posts that just happened to juxtapose on my timeline and make me laugh:

I'm responsible for that one! Or, rather, the crazy people at my gym are. (YES, PUT THE BABY ON THE TRACK. NOTHING BAD CAN HAPPEN TO IT.)
Just took a training about a political topic. I like learning new stuff, but sometimes it makes me sad thinking of the things I already know that I'm not using, and, in fact, when I bust them out, it would be almost less surprising if the cat started to talk. I need a life that *uses* me more, or something.(And, no, I don't mean cut off from benefits selling chicle on the overpass.)

Somewhere Paul Ryan just felt a pang.
