Connie,
may you have a good day tomorrow! Best wishes that your hubby will feel okay after treatment.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Happy B-day Connie! And may your hubby be Viking Strong as he starts his 2nd round.
(Maybe we should get furry wristbands that has horns. Screw the yellow Armstrong bands. We would be VikingStrong!)
Happy Birthday, Connie! Hoping that your husband's chemo goes well and he can get back home soon.
So, we made it in with literally no issues. Gave ourselves two and a half hours and got here in 40 minutes. I'm sure the ride home will not be as easy!
Happy Birthday, Connie! I hope your DH's second round of chemo goes well.
vw, I'm glad you were able to get there. What time is your appointment? Safe travels home.
I would totally wear that wristband omnis!
Be safe vw, and the others in harm's way.
Happy birthday, Connie! I know you would like Hubby home, but I like that his doctors are being so cautious.
So in my dream last night I was hanging at the mall (something that would never ever happen because shopping is a horror for me) with Liese and beth b. Just window shopping, people watching, eating in the food court. One of my woo woo friends believes when we sleep our spirits or whatever go out and play with friends from the present as well as past and future. So supposedly when you have dreams that involve being at a party, or enjoying yourself with friends known or unknown, it is just your spirit out playing. So thanks for the enjoyable time, I guess!
eta: yes the wristband would be awesomeness

The most charming image I've pictured in ages. Thank you, all.
I love the idea of our spirits playing in our dreams.
I usually have excellent dreams but last night, a truly horrifying one that I had to really fight my way out of. So bad.
Plus, my left hand went full numb and unusable. So scary! I had to get up and move around for quite a while. It was probably a couple of hours before I could get full feeling back. Ugh. I hate that sensation.
Usually, I just have a couple of the outside fingers go tingly. This was way, WAY worse.
Then, I couldn't get Cagney up. Seriously, he _refused_ to wake up. For all intents and purposes, I had to force him out of the crate. He jumped up on the bed and plopped back down to sleep, refusing to even greet me.
I don't know if it is the barometric pressure or what, but he's not havin' it.

I'm with Cagney
