ION- We are getting some much needed rain. Well. I should say, we are getting "rain". What we would call a mist or light drizzle back east. But out here. Whoa! Get out the umbrellas and parkas. Mad dash to run across campus. It's kinda entertaining, if it wasn't so annoying. These Californians. They are so cute when there is weather. I'm guessing the news will say "Won't make a dent in the drought", as if it's completely useless, which I hate. Every drop helps. Just because you can't see the reservoir rising, doesn't mean it's not a good thing.

If nothing else it settles the dust and cleans off the cars a little. We're getting steady light snow up here in Utah. It's probably going to go to ice by evening, but I don't think too many people have forgotten how to drive in this in a month. I hope.

It has been pouring here for some time. Wish we could share.
ION, it was a wonderfully surprising and delightful evening yesterday. I had a Maria! Her flight was cancelled and she was stuck in my hood. She even got to see the treasures Suzi sent me since they were still out on my counter.
No doubt that surprise Buffista visits are a great way to improve ones day.
Also, the Buffista sprog are indeed beautiful and we are fortunate that they have good photographers close at hand.
There's more, but work calls.
