Jayne: Yeah, that was some pretty risky sittin' you did there. Wash: That's right, of course, 'cause they wouldn't arrest me if we got boarded, I'm just the pilot. I can always say I was flying the ship by accident.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Art Crawl!!!

I can't believe Ryan is in school!

I can believe how incredible adorable he looks in his uniform. I am full of excitement at all the adorable Ryan in school stories we can expect.

Bonny! I read about this amazing coloring/puzzle book in a blog and immediately thought of you. The artist Johanna Basford gets her inspiration from her garden in Scotland.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Holy moly, Ryan is so cute.

"You play games where you encourage people to try to hit you in the head. That's a yes."

Snerk. And I am outraged at the cancer center on your behalf, Connie. May they be chastened for their actions.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Ryan is so adorable and so grown up!

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

billytea - school?? Wow! He looks adorable in the uniform. Hope he enjoys it!

Connie, thinking of you and the hubby.

His answer "It was the 70s."

Hilarious. Agree re: outrage.

Also agree re: handsome adorableness of Ryan's Adventures in School.

sumi! A friend sent me that book a while ago. It is so gorgeous, I'm having trouble using it. The pages are not standard, so copying or scanning is not working. So, so beautiful.

Johanna Basford has a talent I can only dream about.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

So I got a prescription for ambien today to help me with the horrid insomnia that's come to roost since the avalanche of stress that was 2013. I know the buffistae have had a wide spectrum of reactions to it, so I thought I'd tap the hive mind.

So, ambien - yea or nay?

I've been told to start with a half tablet as a dose and see how things go from there.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I've only had very good results with Ambien. If it works well for you its a godsend.

Definitely start with half.
