Buckle up, kids! Daddy's puttin' the hammer down.

Spike ,'Touched'

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Happy birthday WindSparrow! I'm sending you wishes for a wonderful year. I'm glad you get to celebrate at work as well.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Happy birthday, WindSparrow! And to your friend as well!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Apparently today is onerous task day. I had stupidly taken free sample subscriptions to three magazines from a store I was shopping in, with the repeated assurance that they would cancel them for me when they time came. They did no such thing, and I was charged for all of them. So, I had to call subscription service and cancel them all to get my money back, assuring them several times that I did not want any of the special deals they were offering me.

After that a phone call from the place that I get my medical supplies from saying that my insurance company hasn't paid them in over a year and that my current order would be delayed as a result. They're supposedly trying to solve the problem themselves, but we'll see.

I should also call my doctor for an appoint for a physical, which I've been putting off for too long.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Oh, onerous task day is a good idea.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Yeah, I need to get an appointment with my PCP, my birth control has no more refills - it's how she gets her patients in for the annual Pap. Blergh.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I'm up for an Onerous Task Day. I have a lot of little-ish stuff to do, and I keep putting it off. Even though it's little-ish, it still needs to get done.

I've learned the hard way, never subscribe to a magazine through any kind of service. They will dick you. I'm getting two magazines I don't want because they substituted without asking me. Can't cancel. Anyone want Taste of Home magazine?

Onerous task day has to wait until I can leave the house.

I made an appointment with my PCP and another one with my hematologist, because I've been run down and should probably figure out if it is my iron levels.
