It might. I honestly don't know. She's in such tween-mode that she could get some tomorrow and be all, "AWESOME!" and then the next day I'd get yelled at for telling other people about what she wrote.
She does love getting mail though and keeps it all. And I love you for offering. I wish I could fix it for her but I need to support her and give her language and tools to stick up for herself. And, okay, starting karate lessons was Joe's idea which I'm totally down with.
Oh Aims! Hugs to all of you. It would be wonderful if we could keep them protected from all pain. It is truly a sign of her awesomeness that she was able to articulate her struggles.

Oh Aimee, my heart totally goes out to Em. How awful to feel so isolated, especially when I think that if she were in proximity to another buffista sprog she'd have an insta-cohort of likemindedness.

She's a brave and wonderful kid for wanting to turn all of this into awareness and help for other bullied kids, but it still suckity sucks in the present. Love to you all.
