Early: Where'd she go? Simon: I can't keep track of her when she's not incorporeally possessing a space ship. Don't look at me.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Oh how tragic! I am so sorry, Daniel. My condolences to the whole family.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

So sorry, Daniel. Prayers to you and your family. I'm glad you have Andi by your side.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I remember how worried I was for Daniel ten years ago, and how much I wish I could really have been there for you. This is definitely better this way.

Our wings are not tired.

Coupledom does indeed have its pros and cons, but in my experience sharing makes the happy times happier and the gruesome times easier. I'm glad you have each other to comfort.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Daniel, this is just unreal.

Mr Peabody just bit my sister. I think it's time to go home.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Mr Peabody is a moose?!?!?!?!

brillig

Hubby got his cancer diagnosis today. The following paragraph from Wikipedia summarizes what the oncologist said:

Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is one of the rarest of the non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHLs), comprising about 6% of NHL cases.[1] There are only about 15,000 patients presently in the U.S. (The prevalence seems to be somewhat higher in Europe.) MCL is difficult to treat and seldom considered cured. Median survival times were about 3 years, but are now estimated as approaching 6 years for new patients.

He's had it for two years, probably. That's when the symptoms started--and his have been textbook.

In other words--odds are high I'll be a widow by 60.

Oh, Connie. I'm so sorry. Fuck cancer!
