Compassionately intolerant
My cranky was subsiding until I went to tidy up the kitchen and discovered that the substantial rain today has cause an old leak in the ceiling to re-spring. It it splitting the top of a a window frame in two.
The last time this happened, my landlord's solution was to clean leaves from the gutter. That bought him a few months. Now, I don't know.
Argh.

Wow that's a long day. No good.
I am so spoiled that I woke up with a backache and was going to complain, then realized it hurt because I'd been sleeping in the same position for almost 12 hours. I had a headache last night and then for some reason just did not wake up this morning. Wtf body?
That said, I must recommend against seeing Best Man Holiday. Because it is not a super cute romantic comedy, it is depressing and makes you cry.

Thrive to spite them
I called the Lane Bryant District Manager. She apologized for everything, especially the fact the manager acted so badly. I told her it was the only bad experience.
She's going to be there on Tuesday and said she'll talk to her face to face and coach her. And she's sending me more coupons.
I told her that I was up front about 1) having a bad day, 2) being picky and 3) being difficult and that she'd probably hear that I was a difficult customer.
And the District Manager said that shouldn't matter. Which it shouldn't.
