Pretty cool except for the part where I was really terrified and now my knees are all dizzy.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

We need a support group.

Yikes.

Well, it is definitely no fun if it is no fun!

I'm sorry to hear that. Of all the things in life that are stressful, gifting really shouldn't be one. Though, I know it is for a lot of people.

I've told my epic stories of gifting fail here over the years...especially in relationships. There it seems to be all about things other than the simple appreciation or giving spirit. Way too fraught for some.

I still enjoy it though.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have general gift anxiety. I'm good with focussing 80% of my effort on my sister. Fuck, I don't even think I receive gifts right, so...

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I enjoy the hell out of the gift exchange by watching other people enjoy the hell out of it.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I'm on the fence. I love both giving and getting but I wigged out last year (msbelle helped me through it, she is awesome) and I'm scared to commit. We shall see. Maybe I'll sign up to pinch hit?

Hil, do you think this is from all the midterm schlepping?

Came home to Bella with her cone off. Oy.

Mostly I came here to share with those of you not on fb and who are fans of a certain show that I got my happy blue light today and I've named it Caffrey.

I say "we" for the Heels, and now the Saints, too.

Okay, bedtime. Caffrey is waking me up at 4:30 am. I wonder what kind of noises he makes...

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Dream conversation last night.

Me (to crowd): "This is a dream, and you will all vanish when I wake up."

Man in crowd: "In the unlikely event that is true, you are kind of a dick for saying so, and not letting us enjoy what little time we have."

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

I so dearly love your dreams, Typo.

Nice one Dream Crowd Guy.

My dream yesterday morning featured William Shatner taking me to the funeral of a great woman who whose characteristics he thought I should emulate. Later, there was a political assassination.

In the end, William Shatner was giving me a lesson in being true to oneself, regardless of peer and family pressure.

Me. Taking advice from William Shatner. Full and final proof of a parallel universe.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I don't know what's going on with my brain today. I'm crying at every episode of season 3 Community.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

That's a great dream moment, Typo.
