Every planet has its own weird customs. About a year before we met, I spent six weeks on a moon where the principal form of recreation was juggling geese. My hand to God. Baby geese. Goslings. They were juggled.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Williams Sonoma wins today. They're not making me wait in line and they brought me a chair.

Happy home owning Frankenbudda! Yay for less stress and more stability. Good luck on the walking strategies...might I suggest a dog? (I can't help it!)

This is all really long but if you've read that far I could use some suggestions for portable, non messy (to carry or eat), filling snacks.

*Checks drawer* Packaged peanut butter or cheese crackers, peanut butter filled pretzels, granola bars, string cheese, non-messy fruit (e.g., apples, bananas).

Congrats, Frank!

Costco carries these "Nature's Bakery" fig bars in a big box with three flavors (straight up fig, raspberry, blueberry) and they are terrific.

When I did my first gig as precinct captain last November, I took the election volunteers a box and expected grumbling over the 'healthy' alternative. They LOVED them. And so do I. They are tidy and tasty!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Yay house owning, Frank!! Congratulations!

I don't think "anti-social personality disorder" means you don't like having other people around, I think it means you don't consider the rules and mores of society to apply to you or to be meaningful.

I wonder how moderators of antisocial forums cope with that.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Congratulations on home-ownership, Frank!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Yay, homeownership! May you settle in happily, Frank.

Noted!!

sj, so glad to hear that W-S is taking such good care of you.

I ordered my light box! I got a Phillips Golite Blu. Used coinstar gift cards to bring it down to $50, and did the Amazon free trial so I'll get it in two days. Yay!

Read this as Windsparrow for half a sec, then remembered the context. Then thought that I bet WindSparrow probably would be such a pleasant, comforting presence if you were feeling less than 100%.

Between this and helping msbelle cull her closets - man, we need to get that Transporter online already!
