Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

My dad just drove my mom to the hospital. I don't think it's anything major -- seemed like maybe an allergic reaction to something -- but I'm hoping she's OK.

They got back home. That was a lot faster than I'd expected. They think it was an allergic reaction, but they're not sure what it was a reaction to, but this has happened a few times before. The doctors said she's OK, and gave her a few prescriptions.

It sounds like your mom needs to track closely as many factors as possible to find the allergen. Good to hear she is okay.

Glad your mom is okay, I hope they figure out what she is allergic too.

I made it to work. I worked, slowly and it felt like I worked 10 hours. It didn't help I wore my clogs they are not comfortable for lifting and carrying.

Mom is still sick, she was asleep when I got home and she got up around 1 and ate and went back to bed. She doesn't seem to be coughing as much so that's good. I think tomorrow after therapy I'm going to stock up on frozen and single serve stuff and plastic spoons and forks so we can eat without spreading too many germs.
