Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Suzi, I am so sorry.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Suzi, I'm so sorry.

TCG is off until after the New Year. So, I'm taking the opportunity to rest and relax as much as possible. Yesterday I cleaned out my inbox and made a few charitable donations, and today I'm catching up on my long neglected feedly so that I can start fresh for the new year. I need to sort through some meatspace mail and totally reorganize my books, but that would require actually moving.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Suzi, I'm so sorry.

I'm off to take the girl to the vet. For a bath, largely, but also to ask them about her new thing, which is apparently refusing to go up stairs. It's like she gets up a few steps and then panics. I've wondered about her eyesight in the past but they never found anything wrong. Hoping it's just one of her temporary oddities.

(I actually fell down the stairs a week ago, and nearly landed on her. But this issue had already started before that. It's gotten worse though.)

I feel completely drained today. Glad I'm off work this week. I'm crafting because otherwise I'd be in bed trying to sleep the grief away.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

This fucking year.

Condolences and ~ma all around, my dear Buffistas. I hope we all make it to the new post-apocolyptic new year.

My apartment problem turned out to be a clerical error. But, I am so worn down from all the bad things happening to me and the country that I just can't anymore.

I am so upset about all the loss of people famous and un-famous, and innocent that I'm afraid of the news and Facebook now.

I got a bad cough for my birthday and am home sick. I wish I had just taken my birthday off instead.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Get well soon, quester.

Ugh, day two of a low grade but annoying as hell headache.

My Christmas tree has one section that won't light. I have gone through each bulb and I can't figure out how to get it working. It has served me well for the last five or six years. I don't want to pack it away if it isn't going to work, I'd rather trash it and get a new one. But do I see if I can find one on sale now or wait until they first come out next year, often on sale.
