ltc woke up this morning at 7. Stood up in her crib and delivered what I can only describe as a long monologue. Then she laid down and went back to sleep. I was awake and watched the whole thing on the monitor. It was hysterical.

I liked Millicent Fenwick a lot. The paper is reprinting a whole Doonesbury series with the Lacey Davenport character (who was inspired by/modeled on her).

It is! This kid. She also managed to get completely naked in her play yard today, including her diaper. She keeps me on my toes.

I doubt it. She tends to run warm, and she kept trying to get socks and shoes off last winter, plus it was cold when we were at the zoo Halloween weekend, and we couldn't get her to keep her blanket on. At least she can't get anything off at night when wearing a sleep sack. Yet.

So I was feeling good about conquering .
Well starting to conquer my credit card debt which I don't want to talk to anyone about.... but the dental insurance covered way less than anticipated and my yes exam and new lenses are expensive.
The hole got deeper. BUT the plan is had is still doable. And I have not really beat myself up about any aspect of this. I'm frustrated but realistic.
