Seriously. I remember having a variety of pouches or containers of some kind to keep that stuff in, but none of my teachers ever audited them! I always had enough supplies, because I was anal as hell, but I got borrowed off of so many times, just for that reason.
Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
It's funny. When we don't audit, my kiddos get pissy.
My son was (is) the kid who during pencil pouch audit would turn out to have 187 pencils in his pouch. He picks up the ones the kids drop on the ground. Once after a class field trip he came home with 7 pencils in his pocket.
I love the idea of pencil pouch audit!! Spreadsheets! I still can't cut straight.
I was just about to ask my mother to make the trek up here when she mentioned she had the electrician coming today. Bah. I hardly slept and I did something to my neck in the middle of the night. I'm pathetic.
Aims, I love hearing about this stuff.
I can say that I am extremely relieved that Daniel's leg does not seem to have messed up his energy level overall. That has to be a good sign, right?
Yes, that is a good sign.

Definitely. It sounds like he caught it early enough that home treatment will be enough to resolve it.
Good news on the leg!
Interview-ma for sumi!
I have very nice handwriting, but can't cut a straight line to save my life. It's why I'm a big believer in gift bags; stuff I wrap looks like a badger wrestled it.
That pencil bag audit is a really good idea!
~ma for Daniel. Hugs for anyone who wants them.
sj, not for the first time, I wish we lived closer. I'd be all over taking care of ltc so you could get some rest.
Aims, that is such a brilliant idea. I know I would have benefited from something like that.
Ugh, I have freelance work to do, but Peanut should be up in 30 minutes, and do I really want to boot up the computer for that short amount of time? I would rather just play Sims Freeplay & SimCity & hang out here.
