I have nothing to add to the kitty litter conversation.

Nope, and I'm still allergic to cats. So, she's not getting any pets either.

Thrive to spite them

My dad has one of those plush cats wtih batteries so it makes purring noises. he's not allergic to cats either he got it as a joke or someone got it for him. He likes cats but he says he is always too busy for them so he has a maintenance free cat now.

I am getting cavities dealt with tomorrow. I talked to my therapist about my plan for dealing the anxiety .. turns out he's not really anti anxiety medicine because he was like "take some klonipin". I think he wanted me to more learn to deal with most of the anxiety with out it. And I've done an okay job, except today. I have had some issues and it's now bleed over to me thinking no one will ever hire me again (I realize this is irrational but the work anxiety imp is trying to hijak my brain). I'm going to take some tonight to help relax and then tomorrow.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

As someone who is adopted I actually appreciate it when this is listed as an option. I have to deal with far too many forms that ask all sorts of family medical history questions with no option to explain that I have no way of knowing, so I just end up drawing a big X through all of it and writing adopted across the whole thing.

Oh, it absolutely makes sense to have that question somewhere on the form. It just didn't seem to make much sense to have it in the middle of a list of diseases.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I use the World's Best cat litter. I think it's made from rejected corn bits or something. Anyway, there's not a lot of dust, it's fairly light, and it's biodegradable. So when I was planting bulbs I put them in some lightly used cat litter and covered them with soil and mulch. Humans couldn't smell it under the soil, but squirrels stayed the heck away.

Punishingly Intricate

Yeah, I love the World's Best Litter and, thank goodness, my cats are fine with it too.

He said my tongue jostled something but he was explaiming. Not "I told you not to move ehat did you think would happen? Type stuff.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Sounds like a good dentist. I always kind of hate my dentists/hygenists and feel bad about it, but come on. They're poking me with things.
