I'm glad you went to the doctor, Steph. And I hope the pulled muscle and infection clear up soon.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Weren't you saying you were bound to go down with something once you relaxed about Tim?
Weren't you saying you were bound to go down with something once you relaxed about Tim?
Did I call this into being? Why can't I control my powers???
I've been feeling like I've been fighting a cold/some kind of respiratory thing for about 3 weeks (actually longer, now that I think about it), but it's never really turned into a full-on cold, in the sense of Now I Will Kick Your Ass Go Get Nyquil. So I assumed it was really allergies.
The doctor said that no, a low-grade virus can just hang on, and I should just take it easy (and stop lifting cat litter). (Though I think the REAL solution is to get back to the gym and lift weights so that hoisting a freaking bag of cat litter over my shoulder doesn't make my muscles freak out. Sheesh, how embarrassing.)
Tim is at a meeting tonight, so I'm going to either watch crappy TV or CA:CW. Can't decide.
Steph, stress does bad things to your immune system. That, and all the assorted things you've been dealing with, probably made you less resistant. I'd say, get well and - if you have a pulled muscle - go to the gym and lift weights after you're healed.
Take care of yourself - I had a bad respiratory infection and it took about a month to stop coughing.
Oh Teppy. I was trying not to worry about you. I am so glad that you went, and that it was a thing but not a big thing. ION I'm not crying - YOU'RE crying.
Awww, Andi. t edit I tried to make hearts, but this is not Facebook and I can't remember magical code. So picture 3 hearts.
Watch Civil War, unless your crappy TV has handsome men being emotionally repressed at each other as well.
Yay, Teppy for not such a bad report.
Sorry I missed the Doc&Post! That was exciting. Stop being exciting, Steph. Settle down. I'm glad you're okay and it's "just" a respiratory infection (I hate respiratory infections).
I worry because Tim's RA meds lower his immunity, and make him more susceptible to getting sick.
There are some very real ways I'm not dealing well with him having RA. I *think* I've kept everything in my own brain and not dumped out on him. I'm glad I have my second therapy appointment tomorrow, that's for sure.
