eta: I hadn't seen the lightheaded part, only the pain part. Yeah, you need to get it checked out. The sooner the better.
A few years ago I had sharp bad chest pains, but only when I exerted myself or lifted things. My doctor did an echo and stress test and stuff and determined it was just a pulled muscle. (Being a friend and jerk he also left me on the treadmill a whole lot longer than required just to mess with me once he determined I was fine)
My real advice would be to take a shower because the warm water may relax a muscle issue, and if it doesn't feel better later go to urgent care. Or of course if you did have issues breathing or any other bad symptoms then change that to right away medical care.
I'm grumbling and muttering and sulking, because I am terrible at taking my own advice.
But I guess I'll go. I may call Tim and ask him to come home and drive me.
Absolutely have Tim drive you.
You know that thing where your dad is super casual about stuff and doesn't want to go to the doctor and it worries you? Don't do that thing. Go.

THIS, G-DDAMMIT. And as I am catching up on this thread, I'm assuming that Tim is driving you to urgent care right now.
Yes, if you are still in pain, go now.
Potential heart stuff is a bitch to deal with in the ER. They take blood and wait to see if certain enzymes show up, and it can be hours as they wait for nothing to happen. Hopefully Urgent Care will say "wow, that's a lot of noise going on in your gut, take this heavy-duty gas reliever."
