I'm so sorry, Erika. Peace and comfort wishes for you and your family.
Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Erika, I'm sorry for your loss. Much peace to you and your family.
I'm starting an (archived) Edx course today. It being September, I've started having weird school anxiety dreams again, and I thought this might be a way to deal with it. I often feel stuck as that super depressed 19 year old who dropped out of college. Any attempt I have made to return to any school environment has led to badness, including online classes, but I thought taking an archived class with no grades or due dates on material might be a way to deal with it. So far I'm finding the material really interesting.
sj that's cool.
I started a coursea course that is "live" and I'm looking at it thinking "I am not as sophisticated as this, why did I pick this". It's a poetry class and I'm just freaking out about it.
I'm so sorry, erika. Peace and comfort to those who loved her.
erika, I'm so sorry for your loss.
The pulmonologist thinks that, given his whole clinical picture, Tim's abnormal test results are within an acceptable +/- range. Which is to say, he thinks everything is JUST FINE!!!!!!!!!!!!
He explained what the abnormal results *could* mean, from a disease standpoint, but he said that right now he doesn't think that's the case with Tim. He wants Tim to repeat the tests in 1 year, since RA patients can develop lung issues. This way, he said, they can stay on top of it.
THANK YOU guys so much for your prayers and good thoughts and for listening to me when I've been losing my damn mind. I love you guys.
YAY YAY YAY!
YAY!!!
WHOO-HOO! Well done, Tim's lungs, good show!
So glad to read this, Tep, I'm okay...she was a good grandma, but she suffered some the last few years... it's for the best.
