Get up...get up, you stupid piece of... What did you do that for? What's wrong with you? Didn't you hear a word he said? All of you! You think there's someone just going to drop money on you?! Money they could use?! Well, there ain't people like that. There's just people like me.

That which does not kill you should RUN

I've been debating for the past 3 hours whether or not to take 1/2 an Ativan. I'm not having a panic attack, but I also can't get my anxiety to calm the fuck down. I just worry that taking an Ativan will make me too sleepy to work, and I have a deadline I have to meet.

Thrive to spite them

Can you cut it in half and take half now and half later?

Penny used the litter box before I took her to the vet. But the vet is keeping her to see if she will gI've them a sample. They were nice.they didn't make me feel bad. And they addressed her weight when I brought it up and gave some sound ideas.

Mom's cat has been more aggressive toward Penny so it could be behavioral.

I almost feel like I could call and make my won Dr's appointment

I am working, but anxious as hell and super distracted because of it.

Keep working, but take one a little later?

This is a long article, and I'll be working on it all day.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I guess the question is, if you're already distracted because of the anxiety, would it be any worse to be a little sleepy?

I was thinking maybe half would help take the edge off but nit make you too sleepy.

Yeah, maybe not. (Oddly, I get REALLY good feedback from my coordinator on articles I'v edited while loopy on migraine meds. Maybe the same thing will be true for Ativan.)

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Steph, if your anxiety is at the point where you can't work effectively anyway, I'd take half an Ativan.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I agree, take half and maybe take a short nap (set an alarm). You're more likely to get stuff done when you're feeling better.
