Thanks all. Today was a much better day than the last couple. No issues at all and I forced myself to take breaks from working. It really scared me to have the auras after almost 2-1/2 years. Scared me into behaving.

We've been eating off of our Father's Day feast all week. Tonight's dinner was a pasta made with a no cook sauce of all sorts of antipasto items chopped together. It came out surprisingly delicious.
