Spike: Heard what happened up top, offing your dad and all. Don't know if you know this, but, uh…I killed my mum. Actually, I'd already killed her, and then she tried to shag me, so I had to-- Wesley: Thank you. I'm…very comforted.

E's thing lately whenever he doesn't like something or doesn't want to do something is to say "that's illegal" or more accurately " that's illllllllleeeeeeeeeeeegaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllll". I think that's about right.

It finally took some q & a to figure out why he was saying things were illegal and it was just he didn't like it or didn't want to do it. Or didn't want someone else doing it. "You can't play with that it's illegal"

Yeah, I figure it's par for the course with her new thirst for independence. I feel worse that my mother felt so bad.

I just saw this on goodreads:

Matthew Quick wrote a new blog post Reasons "There are a lot of lonely kids in this world, but the problem is they don't know about each other." Nigel Booker, EVERY EXQUISITE THING

And it made me think of this place, and how lucky I was to find it.

Today is day two of Sunbasket. Tonight's meal is grilled steak with roasted poblanos and New Mexican chile sauce. We haven't eaten yet. Things are cooking now. All the veg that was included was two poblano peppers, one red onion, and one sweet potato. No other starch because this is one of the paleo meals. Again, not enough veg for TCG and I. So I'm roasting two white potatoes with the rest of the veg to round the meal out a bit for us. I'm a little disappointed that the chile sauce is included and not something I actually get to make.

Yeah, I was surprised that often for Blue Apron there was PLENTY of protein, and of carb, but stingy on the veg (I mean, is chard expensive? Do you know how much that cooks down? Give me more!)

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

~ma for your friend, askye.

Thanks I know it's vague but since I don't pray asking you guys for ~ma is the closest thing I have to the ritual.
