I think one reason my niece consumes mostly smoothies is she's tired of having to make food and think about food all the time.

Is it an at home one, Zen? I did ok with sleeping with the thing on my head, it was a lot lighter than I expected. The annoying part is that they said it will take up to 2 weeks to get results. I hate waiting.

I imagine it is harder to do at the clinic. That is where my sister did hers. She had to buy a pair of pajamas because she sleeps in the nude and didn't want to just wear a t-shirt or something. They were super cute pajamas.
What to eat is a never ending challenge. Hence the joy of plans like Blue Apron. I love to cook and will happily make anything, but meal planning is a chore.

Also, I made an appointment to see the doctor tomorrow about my sinuses, and, as usual, they're feeling better now. This always happens -- they get bad enough that I feel like I need to see a doctor, and then, by the time of the appointment, they're feeling better, so the doctor never sees me when I'm actually miserable.
