Something is going on with the internet and I have no idea what and no way to find out. I can't get most webpages to load. I can't even do a speedtest.

I'm thinking it has somethign to do with the modem/router combo because usually the problem is just with the hardline connection. I have to talk to Mom again and ask her to contact Comporium and see if they can switch out the equipment.
