Played with Kaylee. Sun came out, and I walked on my feet and heard with my ears. I ate the bits, the bits stayed down, and I work. I function like I'm a girl. I hate it because I know it'll go away. The sun goes dark and chaos has come again. Bits. Fluids. What am I?!

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Someone at work just told me I had the "calmest demeanor of anyone there". Funny how other people see you differently than you see yourself, sometimes. I see myself as a roiling ball of anxiety, anger, and frustration.

Thrive to spite them

I had to take PEnny to get her rabies vaccine. She meowed the whole way to the vet (about 20 minute drive) handled the actual shot well. Then on the way back, I don't know if she was mad, scared, or just really had to go but she used the carrier for a litter box. And then meowed even louder. Longest trip back.

She weighs 10.5 lbs on the verge of being overweight. The vet suggested I switch to a canned cat food.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Tonight is volunteer night at the library bookstore. So, what do I want to eat when I leave? My options are Mexican, a sandwich from the Greek deli, or Chinese food. I need to decide before I leave because last time I drove around aimlessly being all indecisive.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Greek (I imagine a Greek deli sandwich menu is less endless than a Mexican or Chinese restaurant's, so if you want to limit your opportunities for indecisiveness that's probably the best option).

JZ, you would imagine wrong. The Greek deli sells so many things that they have run out of room on their menu board for everything. They also do sort of Italian food. Sadly, I am already at the Mexican restaurant waiting for my burrito.

It was so sloooow at the bookstore tonight. If one customer hadn't spent $40 (20 books!) we would hardly have made any money.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I had excellent tamales from a farmer's market.

I have as "is there anything a doctor can do about this" question. One ear is chipping away at my sanity. It itches inside the ear canal and it feels like something is sloshing or rolling. Occasionally there's a sharp pain. I've tried peroxide, alcohol, heat, etc.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

you need to see a doctor. I'm wondering if you have an ear infection.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Go to a doctor. I agree that it could be an ear infection, or could just be fluid, but let a doctor look and figure it out.
