Wash: So, two days in a hospital? That's awful. Don't you just hate doctors? Simon: Hey. Wash: I mean, present company excluded. Jayne: Let's not be excluding people. That'd be rude.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Thrive to spite them

Steph I think they are working. I was skeptical because they disn't work so well during my winter of coughing.

And you're right about nit realizing. She's been worried by the cough and I keep saying it's no big deal. I had some video of me coughing but I deleted it. She looked upset when I told her about not being able to stand up I was coughing so hard.

This year u ahd emotional break through which is good but a lot of stuff I just didn't acknowledge before and know I am and I've sort of accepted this but she hasn't seen it before.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I know people are dealing with worse but I have the stomach ache from hell tonight. It's probably a reaction to the antibiotics from last week. Seriously I just need to feel okay for more than two days in a row. Thank goodness ltc went to sleep for TCG because it would be really hard for me to do anything for her right now b

Our wings are not tired.

waves weakly to fellow sickos

Sorry for the unwellness. I'm still there too. Broke down and filled the Percocet script. Too much ouch. Doc wants to do a chest x-ray in the morning to check for pneumonia because of an ucky cough, and of course check if I am healing okay. Might be infected, might just be a big baby.

So I was all pillowed and propped up in a recliner with my computer on a tray table and worked all day, with a couple crying breaks. Being responsible is overrated.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Healing~ma for Laura, sj, askye and anyone else who is not top-notch at the moment.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

I'm gonna have my very first root canal tomorrow. Any recs for relaxing/distracting podcasts/audiobooks to listen to while I'll be on the dentist's chair for an hour?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Nope, but I do recommend taking a bunch of advil before you go in. It should help with pain afterwards, but also I found the worst part of the actual root canal was the jaw pain from keeping your mouth open so long.
