Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I'm always thankful for all of you.
Erika, I'm so sorry.
Hil, I like your posts, but I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who think I post too many pictures of ltc.
38 years and my mother still thinks I'm capable of making coherent conversation in the morning.
My sister has informed me that I post on Facebook too much. Happy Thanksgiving?
Tell her she doesn't post enough.

I just jump right into rabble-rousing. I am a troublemaker.
There is no such thing as too many pictures of ltc or any Buffista sprog.
Ginger, how are you feeling today? I've been meaning to say something but I haven't been very good at that this week.

Ginger sorry the hospital stay is so frustrating I don't understand why things are made so much worse for sick people.
I have a cooking question. I have green beans and Brussel sprouts and never come up with a way to make them separately that doesn't use the same flavors. So would it be weird to cook them together? There is no bacon involved just sautéing and garlic and panko.
Do the green beans and Brussel sprouts cook at the same temperature and for the same time? If so, cooking them together makes sense to me.
My idea got vetoed by Mom. So I've got Brussel sprouts going to cook in panko and some apple cider vinegar and butter and she'll do green beans
My aunt called my mom to ask why I won't accept a Facebook friend request from my uncle.
I just decided not to accept any more family members. Less scrolling later.ETA: thanks for the good wishes--since my expectations are totally doing the limbo, I almost bet it'd be better by default, but as Sheldon says "it's a social convention and not optional." although I hate my dad for pulling the "What if it's Grandma's last one?" card.
