Hospitals usually suck and yours is a perfectly rational phobia, but in this particular case the hospital is where you're going to finally meet her! That's got to at least take a bit of the edge off the phobia.

Thrive to spite them
I was up again until really early in the morning...nearly 3 so I just decided to stay up until tonight. Probably not my best choice but I made and I'm sticking with it.
Sometimes doing this helps me "reset" sometimes not.
