Xander: Look who's got a bad case of Dark Prince envy. Dracula: Leave us. Xander: No, we're not going to "Leabbb you." And where'd you get that accent, Sesame Street? "One, Two, Three - three victims! Maw ha ha!"

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The status is NOT quo.

I feel this is the appropriate place to admit that I managed to burn my boob with a hairdryer this morning. Ow. Also, of course I did.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Ow

With a hairdryer? Wow. I've definitely had issues with curling irons before or straighteners, but not the hairdryer!

I had my third pole dancing lesson today. Ow. My knees are bruised and my shoulder/back muscles are like "you want us to hold your WHOLE SELF up? No...."

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I have had accidents that would make Rube Goldberg proud.

I have had so many chemicals and mutant cells sloshing around my system that I can't tell what symptom is coming from what. Right now I feel like someone rammed my left side into a brick wall. I'm sure I'd remember if that actually happened. I started a new drug Thursday that's given as one shot into each hip. It wasn't particularly unpleasant at the time, but a lot of people complain about later injection-site pain. The pain is apparently related to the speed of the injection, the phase of the moon and how the nurse held her mouth. I already had roving joint pain from previous chemicals. I think what's happening is joint pain in my left arm and some kind of muscle-spasm reaction to the shot in my left leg. Or I was kidnapped by aliens.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Ginger, I hope your superpowers kick in any day now.

I was looking at some clinical trials that involve radioactive injections and wondering if there were any possibilities for superpowers.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Holy shit. Mom and the rest of my relatives are fine, but I get out of my class only to immediately see this headline about an explosion at one of the beaches near my mother's house. One of her close friends was there but not injured.

That's a very strange story, sj.

(Isn't "Salty Brine" kind of redundant?)

It's actually named after a person. That was his stage name link. He used to do the weather reports and such when I was a kid.

How is it that after 10 years with TCG none of my in-laws can spell my first name? Even while staring at it on Facebook?
