Hi, Cindy!

~ma and hugs all around. I read along today, but I'm out of spoons and couldn't keep track of everything.

What is even happening?

sj, I haven't had enough spoons in I don't know how long, but I did know you are expecting. Keep on keeping on, Mama.

Ginger, wait, Kate is also expecting?

You people have been fornicating (or marriage-ing, or something-ing) without me.

Why do I suddenly want a candy necklace?

Also? Way to go, Buffista spirit babies!

Ginger, wait, Kate is also expecting?

She is! and well along with #2!

What is even happening?

I did know Ms. Kate had baby 1, but I didn't know about # 2, because I gave up Facebook 7 or 8 months ago (and am mostly happy about it, except for when I miss good news)

In less happy news, Mr Peabody had a bad seizure today. He seems okay now, if a little wobbly, but he hasn't had anything to eat or drink. I don't want to go to bed until he at least drinks something.

My vet thinks it's low thyroid and he takes thyroid pills. She thinks anti-seizure drugs have enough side effects that she hesitates to prescribe them unless a dog is having frequent seizures. He only has a few a year, but they are scary.

What is even happening?

I'm so sorry, Ginger. Our Buffy (our rescue dog) could have been between 1 and 5 years when we got her (the vet estimate was 2 to 4 years), but I want every year of her life.

What did you do when Mr. Peabody had a seizure?

All I can do is put him on a soft surface and wait it out. Usually he only has spasms for a few minutes, but then breathes really fast and has a wild look in his eyes for 15 minutes or so. I pet him and talk to him until he's better.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

That would be scary for me, and I see humans having seizures on a weekly if not daily basis, Ginger.

Epic, I'm glad your mom's coming home.

Hi, Cindy!

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Stupid computer just ate my post. Rather than re-writing, I'll just say thanks again for the support, All. You guys are the bestest.

Northerner help me out. Is it "hot dish" or "hotdish"?

"Casserole"?

Ginger, sorry you & Mr. P are having a rough day. Hope he's feeling better.

Good to see you, Cindy!
