Scritches for Harvey. Bella is whacking me with her tail right now, pretty sure that's good vibes from one old kitty to another.
Keeping fingers crossed until it's official, Hil! I know this has been a super frustrating couple of years for you; here's hoping you're about to start an upswing.
Cincinnati is certainly more cosmopolitan than central Pennsylvania.

Yep. Movie theaters that show the "Now playing in select theaters" movies! More than two bookstores! More than one synagogue! No freaky cult worshipping a dead football coach!
There's a taco district!!!
Hell yes there's a taco district!
Tacooooooooooos.
Feel better, tummy of Ginger and also child of Burrell.
Thank you, smonster and Bella.
Tell me more about this taco district.
In my neighborhood (what you saw -- that main street -- is basically all the restaurants there are, though there are a few on the side streets), there's 3 restaurants that sell tacos. One is just tacos (they also have guac and stuff), and has the largest number of vegetarian tacos (at least 3). The other 2 restaurants have larger menus but have good tacos, too. They're all basically 2 blocks apart. It's hilarious that there are so many taco places in one small neighborhood. We're not the dang barrio. (Though one of the restaurants is, in fact, named Barrio.)
Oh, also a Taco Bell, but we ignore that unless I really want a Dorito taco.
Man, I could really go for a Dorito Taco.
