It is officially summer here in Virginia, never mind that it's still May. It's over 80 degrees F every day and humid as all hell. I hate it. I'll be mostly staying inside during the day for the next few months. Having just come back from the PNW makes it worse, because I know how good the weather is somewhere else!

I will never understand how, as *wet* as the weather is here in PNW, there's no killing humidity. Despite missing friends, family, and my homeplace, there's no way I could survive a southeastern summer now. I may moss over, but underneath, I'll still be breathing!
