My experience with Diflucan for a YI is that it took about 2-3 days to really get rid of all the symptoms, though I noticed some improvement in the first day. But since human bodies are weird, and each one is different, my experience is just anecdata.
This is what I am hoping for. The symptoms are decidedly better today, though still not gone.
I'm taking a bath with salt and baking soda, as recommended online to get some additional relief. I know, I know...internet wisdom. Except that I take these baths all the time and I really need to relax so...giving it a shot.
Didn't eat any sugar or yeasty stuff today.
Hopeful.
I gave a final exam to a student today (she'd been away at a lacrosse tournament during the regular exam time), and I graded it and submitted her grade, and now I am DONE with the semester.
Next task: get apartment clean, and clean out office, and get new job, and find apartment in city where new job is, and move to that apartment, and start new job. Either that, or get apartment clean, and clean out office, and don't get new job, and put stuff into storage and go live with parents until find new job. But I'm really hoping it's not that option.
And my mother wants to know if I can go to my cousin's college graduation party in Massachusetts in June. I cannot make plans that far ahead. (Also, I barely know this cousin, though there are some other cousins who I do know and like who will be there.)
Remember the pinup photo shoot I did last year? Tim is doing one this weekend. I'm excited for him! I've also never seen him wear makeup*, so this will be a new thing. Maybe kind of weird, though, because I'm used to him being cross-dressed but with no makeup.
*(His comment about not wearing makeup is that it already takes him a ridiculously long time to pick out an outfit and get dressed, so if he added makeup to that, too, it would take him 3 hours to get ready. Which is true.)
He's so excited. It's awesome.
That sounds so awesome, Steph.
JULIANA!!! AND M! I am so excited for the both of you. Congratulations! This is going to be the coolest kid in the Bay Area, along with Matilda of course.
Tep, that's wonderful. Selfishly, I hope we get to see him all dolled up, though I know he values his privacy in this area of his life.
That's so fun, Steph!! Good for Tim!
