You would think, but my back is aching, my acid reflux is terrible, and the baby is resting on my bladder. So, restful sleep has been hard to come by.

On the plus side, I have found a fairly easy lunch that takes very little effort on my part. I found black bean burgers and chickpea burgers that both have the right amount of carbs for lunch when eaten on an English muffin with some cheese for extra protein.

Yes, those are the ones. I'm for anything that only takes 2 minutes in the microwave during the day. The black bean ones are good with a little of the TJ's salsa on top with cheese.
Fred Pete, as an asthma sufferer taking the same meds as you are now, I think call your doctor and let them know what's going on. Sometimes the inhalers themselves make me cough, but trouble breathing is never something you should shrug off, especially if it hasn't happened before.

Somewhat, but it's a lot of cough for not a lot of production. My plan is, I'll call the doctor if I'm not better in the morning. If I get worse during the night, I'll go to urgent care.
That sounds like a good plan. Maybe try some mucinex too?
sj, in all honesty, I know virtually nothing about pregnancy ... just going on what I hear (mostly around here), so ... best wishes for you getting some sleep sometime soon

I don't know what the carb impact would be, but those make awesome Lazy Tacos. Break it in half, drop it in a taco shell with salsa and cheese and voila.

I think it's common both before and after. Before thanks to being uncomfortable and needing to pee a lot, after thanks to teeny tiny human that needs tending.
My impression has been that, if all goes well, it's about 22 years of sleep deprivation.
Googling tells me some people have a paradoxical reaction to Symbicort, in that it makes them cough. I laugh, because I have a paradoxical reaction to almost any medication. I'm just on a steroid inhaler. My asthma makes me short of breath on exertion, but sometimes sneaks up on me by just making me tired.
