Xander: Am I right, Giles? Giles: I'm almost certain you're not. Though, to be fair, I haven't been listening.

'Sleeper'

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Thrive to spite them

I am awake at 5 am but I've been awake since 3. Yesterday I woke up at 4. This is not a good trend.

Good news I see the meds person and I can say "Remember when I told you get I resistant to dosages of sleep meds? Yeah, I think that's happening, what can we do?" Bad news is that I'll see her during skills group where we will learn about acting opposite of sadness which I really want to learn. Hopefully it will be a short visit with the meds person or maybe I can ask for a "tutoring" session on the acting oppsite of sadness.

Had cool news - I've been in Second Life and taking pictures again and really happy, also playing around on picmonkey.com beacuse that's easier for me to deal with than GIMP or photoshop and I submitted a bunch of pictures to a group and one got picked for the flickr group cover.

This is the group [link]

This is is my photo stream [link]

Actually most of the shots are just raw shots from Second Life of the landscape ones there's only 2 I retouched in anyway.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Very cool pics, askye! I hope you do get the conversations you need with the meds person.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

My doctor appointment is at 11:30 today, and I'm actually nervous about it. This is ridiculous.

Hec! Do you happen to have any family in St. Petersburg, FL? I'm here for a library conference and one of the local librarians shares your last name. Which I realize is not a lot to go on, but I know you have (or used to have?) Florida connections, so I figured I'd ask.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Teppy, good luck with your appointment.

I'm actually nervous about it.

I hate going to the doctor. I'm always certain I'm just going to hear everything I'm doing wrong.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I generally like going to the doctor. Well-paid professionals are paying attention to me!

Well-paid professionals are paying attention to me!

And are unlikely to do anything you could get arrested for.

Yeah, I'm expecting to hear I'm being a stupid drama queen who's overreacting to everything and also a drug seeker and that the solution to my problem is to lose weight.

And away I go. I hope my post-appointment report is vastly different than my fears.

No immediate family there, but all Smays are related so they're some kind of distant cousin. We all descend from a common ancestor. My Dad's done all the geneological research back to 14th century in Rottweill, Germany.

Have fun in Florida!
