I've begun ordering the capri pants for the regular women off my clothing site, because they're the correct inseam length for me for regular pants. I feel like such a dwarf.
Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Yay jeans that fit, sj! That's so key.
Vinho verde is delicious. Trader joes usually has it?

Yes! The scale still hasn't gone up much, but my pregnancy tummy has definitely popped.
Still. Coughing.
I am fucking tired of this.
Seriously, are you allergic to your house, Hil?
I don't think so. At least, no more allergic than I am to everything else in the world. I spent the whole day at the office, and barely had five minutes without coughing there.

Yeah, but they're like fifteen minutes away! wine whine
I don't care what the weather is. I just want the wine I want!
Oh, hey -- who said, take blood pressure readings in the morning before getting out of bed? I did that, and it was 116/70 with a pulse rate of 72. It's never been measured that low! I'm pleased. So, thanks for the tip!
Also, I really do need to find a different doctor. If he's going to freak out and throw serious, harsh medications at moderately elevated BP, surely he should not be relying solely on readings taken in his office, after lunch, middle of a work day, when I'm surely stressed, and never repeating the reading. The research I've just done indicates this is not the optimal way to get a true BP reading.
Zen, Also, if I am getting my BP checked, I make sure I don't have any caffeine beforehand. It seems to make a difference.
I used my inhaler (again) and took some Sudafed, and I'm coughing a bit less now. I'm flying to Boston tomorrow for Passover, and I'm hoping I'll be OK on the plane.
